H&R Block User Guide
Even at H&R Block, we recognize that there is more to life than just doing your taxes. That's why we created the Digits® blog. Fifty-plus years ago, we opened our first office on a corner of Main Street in Kansas City. Today, we like to think of the Digits blog as an extension of that office - a place where you can come on in, get comfortable and talk about timely topics that will help you not only better navigate the increasingly complex world of taxes, but also discuss the bigger picture - and, hopefully, have some fun along the way.
We've lined up a great team of bloggers representing a diverse cross-section of our Company who are anxious to start talking. Topics of Interest contain the most current and "hot" conversations on Digits. The Digits blog is not just about us, however. It is about you. We want to hear your voice. We want to know what's on your mind, bring people together and learn from each other. We can't wait to get the conversation started, so you can get posting. With this open conversation, however, comes some responsibility on both sides. We promise to participate. This blog is moderated so we can ensure everyone stays on topic, and while everyone might not receive an individual response, we promise to address the issues and respond to your collective thoughts and ideas. Whether you post a comment, compliment or concern, we promise to read what you write, respond to your ideas and keep this door open to you whenever you want to come in. It's the same philosophy we brought to that first office in 1955. But we also ask that you understand and respect the purpose of this blog. This is a forum for healthy, open discussion, but it is not the place to address personal, specific customer support issues. We will be busy participating in the broader conversation, and so we ask that you use the right channels to express individual concerns. While we can't do it here, we are eager to address and resolve any customer support issues you have. If you have a customer support issue with a specific office or a certain H&R Block product, please go to our online customer support page at http://www.hrblock.com/customer_support/index.html. We don't want to detract or distract from the broader discussion, so it is important that we all respect the purpose of this forum and the responsibility we have to make it work and make it valuable - together. Your experience with us online, in our offices and right here in the Digits blog is important to us, and we want to make that experience the best in the business. Thank you for visiting the Digits blog. We look forward to hearing from you now and in the future.
