Bottle Water vs. The Environment

While I believe that it is a good thing to try and allocate a portion of your monthly funds to purchase products that are environmentally friendly (and in turn, better for you) - people who don't have the means to provide basic food support to their families can't justify spending more money on organic or environmentally friendly products when they can get more for their money by purchasing products that are not environmentally friendly. Organic or environmentally friendly products tend to be much more expensive, because it costs the manufacturer more money to mass produce. To me it seems as though the middle-to upper-income classes are the only folks who can benefit from purchasing these products - since they are the ones who can financially afford to adopt this lifestyle.
