Bottle Water vs. The Environment

I agree and heartily recommend The Omnivore's Dilemma to anyone trying to understand the environmental implications of the food they eat. There are now many ways to eat locally but few that are affordable for everyone and until the information and access is available to everyone I think forcing it with legislation a great, viable idea.
