Bottle Water vs. The Environment

I read an article a few months ago (WSJ, maybe?) about how bottled water not only fills landfills with plastic, but that it is completely illogical to buy bottle water when it is imperceptibly better than tap, and in many cases no better. Furthermore, it is downright offensive when less wealthy countries see "wasteful Americans" carrying around their bottle water when our tap water is the cleanest in the world.
